POTATO AND CHEESE OMELETTE πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:

400g of potatoes
300 ml of lukewarm milk
4 tablespoons vegetable oil 150g of flour Parsley Spring onion Dill
1/4 of bell pepper
250g of cheese
100g sour cream

Indications:

1. Boiled mashed potatoes.

2. Add milk, eggs, salt and oil.

3. Sift the flour and stir it into the dough.

4. Now finely chop the parsley, spring onion and dill. Dice the bell pepper, too.

5. Brush a little oil in the bottom of a pan and pour in a tablespoon of the batter you made earlier.

6. Spread it around the pan with a spoon.

7. Sprinkle with some of the vegetables before flipping.

8. Cook on both sides until golden.

9. Repeat with the rest of the dough.

10. Apart, mix the cheese and sour cream. Add the greens from before, too.

11. Now assemble the dish alternating tortillas and cream cheese.
