Father-Daughter Duet to ‘I Can Only Imagine’ From MercyMe

‘I Can Only Imagine’ is the best-selling Christian song of all time. This MercyMe hit single was originally released in 1999. Written by lead singer Bart Millard, it continues to be a staple in church services even today. There’s no doubt that this song has truly stood the test of time, and it even inspired a film of the same name. The iconic lyrics ponder what Heaven will truly be like.

“Surrounded by You gloryWhat will my heart feel Will I dance for you Jesus Or in awe of You be still”

Mat and Savanna Shaw are a talented father-daughter pair that enjoy singing together. When COVID forced the world inside during quarantine, the duo decided to record themselves singing and post it online. They had no idea that their videos would go viral and people would be requesting more and more. Now, Mat and Savanna have a growing YouTube channel and an album full of our favorite covers.

Today, they’re teaming up with fellow artist Nathan Pacheco for an incredible performance of ‘I Can Only Imagine.’

“Will I stand in your presence or to my knees will I fall Will I sing hallelujah

Will I be able to speak at all I can only imagine”

What a beautiful reminder that God is waiting for us with open and loving arms.

Revelation 21:4 “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”
