A 5-Year-Old Hero Saves An Entire Family (Including Their Pet Dog) From A House Fire.

One of the things that parents teach their children in the hopes that they would never have to use it is fire safety.

But lately, Noah Woods, who is only five years old and lives in Georgia, was confronted with a circumstance in which he needed to put those teachings to the test. This remarkable young boy ended up saving his whole family as well as their family pet as a result of his actions.

An electrical fire broke out in Noah’s room one night when everyone else in the house was asleep, and the family’s GoFundMe page claims that he “woke up to flames” as a result. The little hero had to act immediately, so he grabbed his sister, who was only two years old, and the family dog and ran out the window.

After ensuring the safety of those two individuals, Noah immediately ran to the residence next door, where his uncle, grandfather, and other relatives lived, in order to seek assistance. To everyone’s great relief, they were able to successfully evacuate the building before anyone sustained serious injuries. Because of the bravery of one child, a total of eight people and one pet were rescued, making this child the hero of the story.

According to the Bartow County Fire Department, Noah and four other people were sent to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries; however, the department reported that everyone else was unharmed and in good health.

They also lauded Noah’s bravery on their Facebook page, referring to him as a hero and stating that they want to bestow a “Lifesaving Award” onto him in recognition of his actions. In addition to that, they are going to give the young youngster an honorary position as a fireman.

Despite the fact that his family is experiencing some financial trouble as a result of a “gap in home insurance,” they continue to maintain an optimistic outlook and have already begun making preparations to construct a new house. At the end of the day, all they can do is express their gratitude that everyone is okay – and that they have a child who is as brave as Noah!
